What are Trade Effluent and Sewage Effluent Discharge Licences?
Discharge Licences are required by all County Councils when discharging
trade effluent (including cooling water) or sewage effluent to open waters
or sewers, under the provisions of the Local Government (Water Pollution)
Acts, 1977 and 1990.

Discharge Licences.
